Welcome to doglovergifts.biz! If you’re a dog lover or just know one this informational site is the place for you! My father grew up on a ranch in Southwest Colorado. His whole life he loved dogs, he loved working with them, training them, and having them as constant companions. Even after he left the ranch and went into the insurance business we would drive out to the ranch where he grew up every free weekend. The summers, of course, were spent there, next to the Snake River. In the early summer I got to witness the birth of puppies being born. I loved brushing the momma, watching her silent grace. Soon after the puppies learned to walk on their wobbly legs and then, by the time we went back home, we were watching him run and play with the other animals.

I learned about dogs from my father and his father and when my daughter was born we taught her too. We are a family of canine lovers! When my husband and I re-located to California the first thing my daughter said was, “Can I bring my dog!” My husband responded, “Of course you can! And we’ll get a new California dog, too.” And, indeed, we did as soon as we got a house with a huge yard, just for the dogs. She spends hours taking care of her dog, and training him. Dogs are all she and her friends talked about! It seemed only natural, then, that for her 10th birthday we wanted to throw a surprise dog-themed birthday party!

It’s a great idea but people kept calling us asking about what dog gifts they should bring. We wanted to be able to tell them one quick and easy place to go to find the ideal dog gift they could give but there was no such site available! After a successful and fun party we decided that we could put a website together that would make looking for dog gifts easier and since we love dogs it would be a lot of fun!
